9. Organize your hair tools with an over-door organizer
If you have a few hair tools and you don’t know how to organize them, and don’t want to/don’t have a bathroom sink drawer to put them in, I highly recommend getting an over-cabinet door hair tools organizer!
It is renter friendly, you can just connect the hair tools organizer over your cabinet door, and nicely organize your hair tools.

They say it’s the little things in life that makes a difference, and by following this storage hack I can guarantee you will feel the biggest difference!
You can really organize your drawers so much better, and have much more space in your drawers when everything has a place in the drawer.

Same as the over the toilet organization tip, you should definitely consider utilizing the space over your washer for extra storage space.

The best living room organization tip I can give you, is to utilize your living room furniture for extra storage space.
For example, a coffee table with storage space is much smarter for a small apartment then a coffee table without drawers/cabinets.

If you have a few throw blankets and love using throw blankets on your couch, and want to keep them reachable, you can’t go wrong with a storage basket end table that is the perfect combination of functionality and maximizing storage space!
You can either get an end table with a storage basket connected to it, OR, you can get this storage basket end table to store all of your throw blankets in one place.
In my opinion, the end table with the storage basket is better, because unlike the storage basket end tables, you don’t need to take things off the surface every time you want to take a blanket out.

What I love about storage ottomans is that they function both as an extra seat and also as little storage unit to hide random stuff.

20. Maximize Under-Bed Storage
If you don’t have a bedframe with drawers, and do want to maximize your under bed space for storage, I highly recommend getting under bed storage bins and under bed storage drawers for organizing your stuff under your bed.

If you don’t know how to organize your jewelry, or don’t have too much space to organize your jewelry and accessories, I HIGHLY recommend getting this over the door jewelry organizer cabinet!

I always swear by velvet hangers. I honestly think that my life split into before having them and after getting velvet hangers.
Clothes actually stay on them, they are also slim so they don’t take up too much space in your closet, and since the clothes don’t fall off, your closet won’t get messy each time you look for clothes to wear.
23. Get space-saving magic hangers
These magic space saving hangers are BRILLIANT! They are definitely one of the best closet organization hacks.
They are basically space-saving hangers that are used to hang multiple pieces of clothing, while taking up space of 1 hanger.
This is perfect for a small hanging closet, and you can extend these to easily access the clothes on them.
24. Use Add on Drawers For Extra Storage Space
If your closet only has shelves and no drawers, I would definitely consider adding add-on drawers to your closet shelves.
They just clip onto the shelf, and make perfect extra storage solutions.
25. Use a hat rack
If you are a cap lover and have a bunch of hats with no place to organize them, you can use these hat racks by hanging them on your closet wall/door (with double-sided tape) and put all of your hats on them.
